USC Paper Airplane Competition

Students from STEM Academy of Hollywood, STEM Academy of Boyle Heights and Manual Arts High School participated in the build your own paper airplane contest held as a part of the STEM Spotlight on Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering on October 12th here at USC.
Participants were judged on 5 categories:

  • Longest time in air
  • Longest distance flown
  • Largest social media presence
  • Most creative design
  • Best engineering documentation
