Iván Silva is the counselor and coordinator of the Dream Resource Center at Los Angeles Harbor College. The Dream Resource Center provides services to undocumented students to help them persist, graduate, and transfer. He is passionate about working with underserved community and serving as an advocate for immigrants rights.
